Steps:
- In a medium bowl: mix brown sugar,cinnamon. Add apples and toss to coat.(set aside) In a 2qt. saucepan: heat water and butter to boiling. Reduce to low heat and add Bisquick and stir vigorously until it forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, one at a time and continue beating until smooth. Spread batter in the bottom of the pie pan. Arrange apples of top to within 1" of the edge. Bake 23 minutes or until puffed and the edges are golden brown. Serve topped with Maple Syrup.
