APHRODITE'S DREAM image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 recipe (to taste) salt
1 recipe (to taste) ground black pepper
1 pinch (or to taste) dried sage
1 pinch (or to taste) cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon (or to taste) orange juice
1 package (10 ounce) mixed baby salad greens
1 recipe - 1 pomegranate, peeled and seeds separated
1 recipe - 1 orange, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces

Steps:

  • In a large salad bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, sage, cayenne pepper, and orange juice.
  • Place the baby salad greens into the salad bowl and lightly toss to coat with dressing.
  • Sprinkle salad with pomegranate seeds and orange pieces.
  • Toss again and serve.
