Steps:
- 1. Brown meat until throughly cooked In separate pan, saute' onions, bell peppers, garlic in 1 tbls oil, until onions are "sweating" Cook bacon until crispy and drain- crumble and set aside
- 2. In large dutch oven on very low heat, mix all the beans (draining not necessary), stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth... Add sauted onions,peppers garlic,Taco seasoning, chili powder, stir until blended
- 3. Add meat and bacon to beans, cook and stir on low heat for 45-60 minutes to blend all the flavor. Garnish with cheddar cheese, if desired. Enjoy!
