AJ's Amberjack image

I was a little disappointed when I couldn't find any recipes for amberjack, so I made up my own and thought I would share! Very quick and simple.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Creole seasoning (such as Tony Chachere's®)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 (3 ounce) fillets amberjack
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Mix bread crumbs, Creole seasoning, and Parmesan cheese together in a shallow bowl.
  • Brush amberjack fillets with butter; dip into the bread crumb mixture to coat.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add coated amberjack; cook until topping is browned and flesh flake easily with a fork, about 5 minutes per side.
