Ahi Poke image

Being from Hawaii I love any kind & all sea food. I mostly love fish. I love it fried, baked & raw. This recipe is best served cold & raw. So good I can eat this all day long.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 pound(s) fresh ahi tuna "blue fin tuna" cubed
1 small onion , thinly sliced
3-4 - green onions , sliced
1/2 teaspoon(s) ginger fresh & minced
1 teaspoon(s) hawaiian sea salt "rock salt"
1/2 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes, crushed
- shoyu "soy sauce" to taste

Steps:

  • Frist cut Ahi into bite size cubes & place in a medium bowl.
  • Next add in the other ingredients.
  • Then refrigerate for a couple hours.
