A STUDENT'S SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 cup butter
1 & 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped pecans
1 & 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinammon

Steps:

  • 1. Cream butter, 1&1/2 cups sugar, and sour cream. 2. Beat eggs well, add vanilla then add to creamed mixture and beat well. 3. Combine the dry ingredients (except for last three). 4. Add the mixed dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. 5. Thoroughly grease a 10 inch tube pan. 6. Mix the remaining three ingredients (pecans, sugar and cinammon) together.. 7. Put layers of batter and pecan mixture ending with batter. 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
