3 INGREDIENT 7-UP SCONES image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup whipping cream
1 can (375ml) 7-UP (or sprite)
4 cups self-rising flour
optional dry fruit, cheese,nuts etc.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450deg. Mix whipping cream and 7-UP in mixing bowl. Add flour and mix well. Turn dough onto well-floured board. Knead lightly. Roll into log. Cut into pieces and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment or greased. Brush lightly with whipping cream. Bake for 10 min. or until golden brown.
