Steps:
- BRING 1 cup milk to boil in medium saucepan. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
- MEANWHILE, beat pudding mix and remaining milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
- STIR rice mixture into prepared pudding. Cover surface of pudding with plastic wrap; cool 5 min. Stir. Serve warm or chilled.

- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon or 1 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut before serving.

- Prepare as directed. Sprinkle pudding with 1-1/3 cups tinted BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, then top with pastel miniature jelly beans. To tint the coconut, mix 1/2 tsp. water with a few drops of food coloring. Add colored water to coconut in large resealable plastic bag. Close bag, then shake until coconut is evenly tinted.
