2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
4 eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup walnuts
13 oz can crushed pineapple
2 cups grated carrots

Steps:

  • Combine sugar and oil Add egg and mix thoroughly Combine all dry ingredients Add pineapple Grease and flour 13x9 glass pan Bake at 350 for one hour Icing: 1 pound powdered sugar 1 stick butter 8 oz cream cheese 1 tsp vanilla
