Instant rice, salsa and frozen corn join together to make this fast and easy 10-Minute Mexican-Style Rice.

1 cup water
1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked

Steps:

  • Bring water and salsa to boil in large saucepan; remove from heat.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients; cover. Let stand 10 min.
  • Fluff with fork.
