1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (10 ounce) can pina colada mix
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (3.5 ounce) package flaked coconut

Steps:

  • Bake cake as directed on box for a 9 x 13 inch cake.
  • As soon as it comes out of the oven, punch holes all over the top of the cake with a meat fork (try not to hit bottom, but if you do, it's alright). Mix condensed milk and Pina Colada mix together and pour over cake.
  • Chill overnight.
  • Before serving, frost with whipped dessert topping (Cool Whip ™ ) and sprinkle with coconut.

1 lemon
1 tablespoon white sugar
4 slices canned pineapple
1 (750 milliliter) bottle white wine
2 cups lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

Steps:

  • Wash lemon very well and cut into fine slices. Put in a gallon jar with sugar. Mince pineapple and put in jar. Pour in wine and soda. Mix with a spoon and refrigerate for 2 hours.

4 ounces Coco Lopez cream of coconut
3 cups ice
Pineapple slices, for garnish
Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Steps:

  • Add rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and ice to blender. Blend until smooth and frosty; add more ice as necessary. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries (and paper umbrellas, if you have them).

2 ounces Coco Lopez coconut cream
1 1/2 ounces white rum
1 ounce dark rum
Pineapple slices

  • Put the ice, frozen pineapple, juice, coconut cream, and the white and dark rums into a blender. Blend until smooth and frosty. Pour the drink into 2 glasses and garnish the rim with pineapple slices.

1 1/2 ounces coconut cream (such as Coco Lopez)
1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce aged rum
1 ounce coconut rum
Splash of coconut milk (optional)
Pineapple wedge, for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender cup. Add 1 cup of ice. Blend on High until smooth. Pour contents into a tiki glass or tall glass. Garnish with the pineapple wedge.
