1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 lb ground beef
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans prepared pizza sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
10 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Brown the chopped onion and beef together; drain grease off.
  • Add remaining ingredients and cook until cheese is melted.
  • Place in fondue pot and serve with toasted cubes of French bread.

My family loves it and crazy about it. I make them on occasions, parties and football games. They are so delicious and tasty.

1/2 pound(s) bulk italian sausage
1 cup(s) chopped onion
2 jar(s) (26 ounces each) meatless pasta sauce
4 ounce(s) thinly sliced ham, finely chopped
1 package(s) (3 ounces) sliced pepperoni, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
1 pound(s) mozzarella cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 - loaf italian or french bread, cut into 1-inch cubes

Steps:

  • Cook sausage and onion in large skillet until sausage is browned. Drain off fat. Transfer sausage mixture to slow cooker. Stir in pasta sauce, ham, pepperoni and pepper flakes. Cover; cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours. Serve fondue with cheese cubes and bread cubes.
