These come from the Eagle Brand Holiday Magic cookbook. I haven't made these yet but am looking forward to adding them to my gift tins this holiday season. I'm also planning to flatten some and dip them in chocolate like york peppermint patties. Cook time listed is time to let set.

Steps:
- Beat together condensed milk and half of the powdered sugar until blended. Add the flavoring and gradually mix in the remainder of the powdered sugar, beating until stiff.
- Roll mixture into 1/2 inch balls and then roll in desired colored sugar. Place on parchment paper and allow to set 8 hours. Store covered at room temperature.

- 1. Combine softend cream cheese and softened butter until well blended/
- 2. add powdered sugar mix,add food color blend and put into molds and refrigerate over night. or make small balls and flatten out a little. Mints must be kept refrigeator until serving.

- 1. Mix softened cream cheese, 1 lb of the confectioner sugar, peppermint flavoring and food coloring in a large bowl using a mixer. 2. Mix in the rest of the confectioner sugar. 3. Turn out onto a clean countertop covered with confectioner sugar. 4. Knead until the candy dough is smooth. Add more flavoring as needed. 5. Pinch off small amount of dough the size of a marble, roll in your hand and place on a cookie sheet. Continue with the rest of the dough. 6. Let dry over night.

This recipe can be tinted various colors, and colored granulated sugars or crystals can be added to make them festive!

- 1. Beat condensed milk and half of powdered sugar at low speed with an electric mixer until blended. Stir in peppermint extract. Gradually add remaining powdered sugar, beating at medium speed until stiff.
- 2. Roll mixture into 1/2 inch balls; roll in desired sugar and place on a lightly cooking spray greased cooling rack. Let stand 8 hours to firm.
