- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Rub pork chops with olive oil and dip in the Parmesan mixture. Press mixture into pork chops to make sure they are well coated. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until pork chops are no longer pink in the center, 40 to 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

- Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, sage and lemon peel in pie dish. Whisk eggs in medium bowl to blend. Place flour on plate; season generously with salt and pepper. Coat pork chops on both sides with flour; shake off excess. Dip chops into eggs, then coat on both sides with breadcrumb mixture.
- Melt butter with oil in heavy large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops to skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer skillet with pork to oven. - Set oven to 350 degrees F.
- Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking dish or a medium jelly-roll baking sheet (or use a baking dish large enough to hold the chops in).
- In a bowl whisk together the eggs with milk.
- In a shallow dish mix together the dry breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne, parsley and Italian seasoning.
- Let the chops sit at room temperature for about 45 minutes.
- Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Dip the chops into the egg/milk mixture (allowing any excess to drip off of the chops).
- Coat in the breadcrumb mixture completely.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Season chops with salt and pepper.
- Mix milk and mustard; dip chops into mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place chops on rack in a broiler pan; bake for 30 minutes or until done.
- FOR THE SAUCE: Melt 1 Tbsp butter in small saucepan over med-high heat; add garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in cream, wine/broth and cheese; reduce heat and simmer (no boil) for 3-4 minutes.

- 1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- 2.Brush the chops with the just one of the tablespoons of olive oil and season generously with the salt & pepper on both sides.
- 3.In a small bowl take the two eggs and beat, then add in the garlic powder, onion powder, adobo & parsley and whisk until well combined. Set aside.
- 4.In a separate shallow bowl, add the bread crumbs. Set aside.
- 5.In a third shallow bowl, add the Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
- 6.Coat the chops completely with the cheese, patting to adhere to both sides.
- 7.Dip the chops into the egg-seasoning mixture, then coat completely with the bread crumbs, making sure that both sides are covered completely.
- 8.Take the remaining teaspoon of olive oil and use it to lightly coat the bottom of the baking dish.
- 9.Place chops into the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Flip the chops over, then place back into the oven for an additional 15-30 minutes until they are golden brown and the centers reach 150 degrees.

This is a quick and easy delicious Porkchop recipe. I throw it together from time to time. I never measured or wrote down the ingredients, until now. When you're pressed for time. - Heat oven to 425 degree's Grease pan lightly. place parchment paper on top of pan. Grease top side with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.. Set aside.
- Mix ingredients together for seasoned flour. Place on plate and Set aside.
- On another plate. Mix together ingredients for Panko mix. Set aside.
- Whisk together one whole egg with two egg whites.
- Coat pork chops in flour mixture. pressing mixture onto chops shake excess flour off.
- Dip each pork chop and coat was egg mixture. Let excess run back into bowl.
- Place chops into Panko Parmesan mixture. Coat all sides of pork chops. Salt and pepper tops.
- Place pork chops onto greased pan. Drizzle butter over chops. Bake at 425 degree's for 15 minutes.
- Remove chops from oven. Move chops to a plotter. Spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil on parchment paper.
- Flip chops over and Return to Baking sheet. Drizzle butter over chops. Salt and pepper lightly. Bake approximately another 15 minutes. Place oven on broil and brown tooth sides of chops . Keep a close eye on chops
- Remove from oven and serve.

I put clean dry spinach leafs S&P in a disposable pan with the chops arrange on top. Covered them with foil to take to a Buffet party. Everyone loved them! I was the only one that didn't have to deal with caring left overs home.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray lightly with non-cooking spray.
- Place Panko crumbs on a plate and add the Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Blend with dry fork. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, to taste. Place one pork chop at a time on the plate and coat with Panko mixture. Press down to get the crumbs to stick on the meat. Place on the baking sheet. Repeat until all pork chops are coated.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes on each side until meat is no longer pink or temperature reaches 160 degrees on an internal food thermometer.
