Add ice if you want to make it a thicker, icier drink - Otherwise it is a thinner, more juice-like beverage. This is such a tasty treat. Gluten-free, pareve, vegan, dairy-free.

1 cup orange juice, not from concentrate
1 cup rice milk, fortified (plain or vanilla)
1 banana
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
ice

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients in blender.

1 cup skim milk
6 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Combine milk, yogurt, orange juice concentrate and vanilla extract in blender. Blend 15 seconds to combine ingredients. Add ice cubes and blend about 20 seconds to crush ice. Serve immediately.

1 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt or soy yogurt
1/4 cup seltzer or sparkling water

  • Combine the first 4 ingredients in one or two tall glasses. Stir vigorously with a spoon until well blended. If you'd like a frothier version, combine the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smoothly blended and slightly frothy. Serve at once, over ice if desired.
