Monster cookies are one of our family's absolute favorite recipes! Loaded with peanut butter, oatmeal and chocolate candies, they turn out chewy and delicious! The batch is big, but freezes well too for cookies any time you want them!

6 large eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter, melted
4 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups creamy peanut butter
9 cups oatmeal
1 pound assorted M&M's and chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Mix together eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter.
  • Stir in peanut butter, oatmeal, baking soda and vanilla.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and M & M's.
  • Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop about 2 Tablespoons of dough onto a cookie sheet.
  • Bake for about 11-13 minutes (adjust according to size). You want them to be set and the edges to be lightly golden brown, but you don't want to overcook them.

1 lb soft butter
3 lb peanut butter, creamy
2 lb brown sugar
4 c sugar
1 Tbsp corn syrup, light
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
8 tsp baking soda
12 eggs
2 c milk chocolate chips
16 oz m&m's
18 c rolled oats

Steps:

  • 1. cream butter,peanut butter.add brown sugar.white sugar,corn syrup,vanilla,baking soda,eggs,chocolate chips, M&M's, then the rolled oats blend well after each addition.
  • 2. on a non greased cookie sheet, drop 3 tablespoons of dough please leave room a these do spread. bake at 350 for 8-10 min. allow to cool 2 minutes on sheet before trying to remove them.

2 cups creamy peanut butter
2/3 cup butter, softened
1-1/3 cups sugar
1-1/3 cups packed brown sugar
4 large eggs, room temperature
2-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon light corn syrup
6 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate M&M's

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream peanut butter, butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in eggs, baking soda, vanilla and corn syrup. Add oats and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and M&M's. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour., Preheat oven to 350°. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls 3 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 14-18 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

6 eggs
2 ⅓ cups packed brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
½ tablespoon vanilla extract
4 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup butter
2 ⅔ cups peanut butter
9 cups rolled oats
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.
  • Cream butter and peanut butter together. Add the sugars and stir until well mixed.
  • Add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
  • Mix oatmeal and baking soda separately, then stir into batter.
  • Add chocolate chips last.
  • Drop by heaping teaspoons onto cookie sheets. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

1 1/4 pound butter (5 sticks)
1/4 cup vanilla
2 pounds brown sugar
3 pounds peanut butter
1 Tablespoon light corn syrup
14 cups oatmeal
8 teaspoons baking powder
1 pound plain M & M's
1 pound semisweet chocolate chips
1 pound chopped pecans (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Beat butter and sugars together. Add 1 egg at a tme, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Next add peanut butter, corn syrup, baking soda and oatmeal. Beat well. Stir in M & M's, chocolate chips and nuts. Use ice cream scoop and fill just to top. Put on baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake for 15-17 (we do 17 in our oven) minutes, depending how big the cookies are. Remove from oven and let cool on pan for several minutes (about 10 minutes). Transfer to cool on a rack.
