Steps:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oranges, pineapple and gelatin. Mix well and chill for 1/2 an hour.
- Add cottage cheese to fruit; stir to mix.
- Gently fold in whipped topping; chill and serve.

- In a glass bowl, add boiling water then stir in contents of both Jell-O packages and the marshmallows until dissolved, about 2-3 minutes. Add cold water, pineapple and banana slices and stir. Refrigerate in a 4-quart or larger serving bowl for 4 hours or until firm. For topping, combine sugar, flour and pineapple juice in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat. Beat egg and whisk into mixture. Add butter and cook until mixture thickens, about 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add cream cheese, stirring until melted. Allow to cool. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on top of Jell-O once firm. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Steps:
- Dissolve the gelatin in 1 C boiling water.
- Add 1 C cold water and let set up for 5 minutes.
- Using an electric mixer, beat dry pudding mix into the jello until well blended. May have to set up for 5 minutes in refrigerator.
- Fold in mandarin oranges and cool whip.
- Chill either in a bowl or in individual mousse dishes.

- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the orange juice, water, orange peel and almond extract. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well. , Pour into a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely. , For the frosting, combine the confectioners' sugar, butter and enough orange juice to achieve spreading consistency. Frost cake.
