3 honeydew melons, cut into cubes orballs
3 cantaloupe melons, cut into cubes or balls
1-1/2 pounds seedless green grapes
1-1/2 pounds seedless red grapes
3 cups sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup orange juice

Steps:

  • Combine melons and grapes. Combine sugar and juices; our over fruit and toss to coat. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Serve with a slotted spoon.

1 cup watermelon, cubes or 1 cup watermelon balls
1 cup green seedless grape
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
1 lime, juice of
1 tablespoon honey
3 -4 red leaf lettuce
mint sprig

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the first 3 ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the chopped mint leaves, lime juice, and honey; pour over fruit; toss to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate several hours.
  • In a large glass serving bowl, line lettuce leaves along the bottom and sides of bowl.

2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Watermelon Flavor Gelatin
1-1/2 cups cold seltzer
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup fresh watermelon chunks (3/4 inch)
1 cup seedless green grapes, halved

Steps:

  • Add boiling juice to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min. or until completely dissolved. Stir in seltzer and lemon juice. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.
  • Stir in fruit. Spoon into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold.
