This healthy mango matcha smoothie is made with 2 types of greens, avocado, superfood powders and almond milk!

1 cup kale
1 cup spinach
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 an avocado
1 - 2 teaspoons matcha powder
1 teaspoon maca powder
1 cup almond milk
coconut flakes (to garnish)

Steps:

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender in the order listed. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass, top with coconut flakes if using, and enjoy!

1 (1/2-inch) piece ginger, peeled, finely grated
1 3/4 cups frozen cubed mango
1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
2 teaspoons matcha (green tea powder)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon agave syrup (optional)

Steps:

  • Purée ginger, mango, yogurt, matcha, vanilla, agave syrup, if using, and 1/2 cup cold water in a blender until smooth, then divide between glasses.
