Light, tangy, and refreshing this lemon smoothie is made with lemon, traditional or vegan yogurt and a bit of turmeric for a deliciously energizing way to start the day.

zest and juice from 1 lemon
½ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt (traditional or plant-based)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)

Steps:

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until well combined.

Lemon sherbet adds just the perfect amount of sweet and tart flavor to these smoothies to make them taste like lemon drops in a glass!

1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli cuts
1 medium banana, cut up
1 cup Cascadian Farm® frozen organic peach slices
3/4 cup pineapple-orange juice
1/2 cup lemon sherbet

Steps:

  • Cook broccoli as directed on bag. Rinse with cold water until cooled. Drain.
  • In blender, place 1/4 cup of the cooked broccoli and remaining ingredients. (Cover and refrigerate remaining broccoli for another use.) Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 tablespoons crushed lemon drop candies
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 small lemon, cut into six slices, divided
1/2 cup 2% milk
2 cups vanilla ice cream
2 cups lemon sorbet
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a shallow dish, mix crushed lemon drops and sugar. Using 1 or 2 lemon slices, moisten the rims of four glasses; dip rims into candy mixture., Place remaining ingredients (minus lemon slices) in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses; serve immediately with remaining lemon slices.
