- Place steamer basket and 1 cup water in a 6-qt. electric pressure cooker. Set potatoes in basket. Lock lid; close pressure-release valve. Adjust to pressure-cook on high for 8 minutes. Quick-release pressure. , Transfer sweet potatoes to a food processor; discard cooking liquid. Add butter, honey, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and pepper; cover and process until smooth.
