CREAMY SALMON LINGUINE

Steps:
- Cook linguine according to package directions, adding broccoli during the last 5 minutes of cooking., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in cream and lemon juice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring constantly., Add salmon, salt and pepper; heat through. Drain linguine and broccoli; add to skillet. Stir in cheese, basil, capers and lemon zest.

PESTO WITH LINGUINI
Steps:
- Using a pestle and mortar, combine the basil, cheeses, pine nuts, garlic, and salt and grind until a paste is formed. Add the olive oil slowly and mix with the mashed basil mixture until well combined.
- Prepare pasta in boiling water and drain. Using a hot skillet, place pasta in skillet and add the pesto to the warm pasta. Stir the pesto into the pasta and serve.
LINGUINE WITH ROASTED SALMON AND LEMON

Steps:
- Cook linguine according to package directions.
- While the linguine is cooking, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook 3 minutes, until soft. Add thyme and cook 1 minute, until fragrant. Add vermouth and cook 1 minute. Add broth, olives, lemon juice, capers, and lemon zest and bring to a simmer, for 5 minutes.
- When the linguine is cooked, drain and add, along with the salmon, to the pan with the olive-caper mixture. Toss to combine using tongs and cook 1 minute to heat through. Season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Remove from heat and stir in basil. Serve immediately.
PESTO SALMON PASTA
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Remove the skin and bones from the cooked salmon.
- Gently break into large pieces. Set aside.
- Bring water to boil in a large pot over high heat. Add some salt to the boiling water, then add the pasta and stir.
- When you've added the pasta to the water, whisk together the pesto, cream, and sour cream in a large saucepan. Heat this mixture over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently with a wire whisk.
- Stir the salmon pieces into the cream mixture with a wooden spoon and continue heating over low heat; the mixture will start to simmer .
- Drain the pasta when it is cooked to al dente .
- Add the drained pasta to the salmon mixture along with half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Turn the heat for the saucepan to medium and cook, tossing the mixture gently with tongs until the spaghetti is coated and the mixture is thoroughly heated.
- Serve immediately with the remainder of Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
