Steps:
- Brown beef, drain excess fat. Stir in salt, beans, BBQ sauce and onion, heat until bubbly.
- Pour mixture into a 2-quart casserole.
- Cut biscuits in halves to form 20 half circles, place cut side down along the edge of the casserole on meat mixture.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake, uncovered at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

HUNGRY MAN'S BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
Grandma would be proud! This was a good dish to make the night before and refrigerate. Let it come to room temp while preheating the oven. I often seen this at Sunday Services Brunch when I was a child. Sitting all purdy next to a glass of orange juice. THAT was breakfast. Mmm, good.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees (F) and spray a baking dish (9x13) with cooking spray. Set aside.
- 2. In a skillet, cook and crumble sausage over med heat. Drain. Set aside.
- 3. In a large bowl, add stuffing, milk, sausage, onion and bell pepper. Mix well.
- 4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and pour over the sausage mixture, followed by the cheddar cheese and stir together until well combined.
- 5. Pour everything into the prepared baking dish and bake, uncovered for 45 minutes, or until set and the color is nice and browned. Cover if the edges are getting too dark before end cook time.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large baking pan with cooking spray. Add the crumbled onion rolls.
- 2. In a medium skillet melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar and red onion. Caramelize it for 6 minutes and set aside.
- 3. In a large skillet cook the ground beef until done. Drain and add the onions, bacon, alfredo sauce and garlic powder. Simmer for 1 minutes.
- 4. Pour half the meat mixture over the buns in baking pan. Top with the shredded Gruyere cheese and half the fries. Top with the rest of the meat mixture then the rest of the fries. Top with cheddar cheese.
- 5. Bake for 30 minutes.

- 1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Brown the ground beef in a large pan with the onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Stir in the beans BBQ sauce and half the cheese. Place in sprayed baking pan.
- 3. Place the biscuits around the edges of the casserole. Place the remaining cheese in the middle of the biscuits. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes
HUNGRY MAN CASSEROLE FOR CROCK-POT
Steps:
- Cook biscuits in oven. Cook ground beef.
- Add everything except biscuits and cheese into crock-pot. Stir ingredients. Top with cheese.
- Cook on low or warm. Serve on top of biscuits.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside. Stir together shredded potatoes and butter. Line bottom and sides of a medium glass baking dish with potato mixture. Combine sausage, cheddar cheese, onion, pepper, cottage cheese and eggs; pour mixture into baking dish. Bake for 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of thecasserole comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.Yield: 8 servings
