Steps:
- Saute the pecans in butter and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix all remaining ingredients thoroughly.
- Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and top with pecans.
- Chill until serving time.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with crackers or small bread sticks.

HOT VIRGINIA DIP
This is a good low carb dip, when I make it I omit the onions and use Half and Half instead of milk to lower the carb count further. This is very good with celery sticks :)

- 2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly
- 3. Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish (sprayed with Pam)
- 4. Top with pecans
- 5. Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until bubbly

- Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Place in 1 & 1/2 qt.baking dish or 10 in pie plate: Chill until serving time. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. Serve with Melba toast or crackers.
