This seems really CORNY but its good! Use as an appetizer if you like or just a great snack for yourself.

4 Ritz crackers
1/2 teaspoon ketchup (or more)
1 slice mozzarella cheese or 1 slice provolone cheese
4 pepperoni slices (optional)

Steps:

  • Place Ritz cracker salt side down and top with a little ketchup.
  • Add cheese and pepperoni.
  • Heat in microwave until cheese melts. (usually less than 30 seconds)!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 cup concentrated Louisiana-style shrimp and crab boil seasoning (such as Zatarain's)
4 pounds medium red potatoes
2 to 3 medium sweet onions, such as Vidalia, peeled and quartered if large
2 1/2 pounds cured, smoked pork sausage links, cut into 3-inch pieces
8 ears of corn, cut in half
4 pounds medium shrimp

Steps:

  • Fill a 7-gallon stockpot halfway with water (or use 2 large pots and divide the ingredients between them). Add the seasoning and bring to a rolling boil. Add the whole potatoes to the pot. Allow the water to return to a boil and cook 5 minutes. Add the onions and sausage. Bring the water back to a boil and cook 15 minutes. Add the corn, bring the water back to a boil and cook 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are done.
  • Add the shrimp, bring the water back to a boil and cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 3 minutes. Drain through a colander; discard the liquid. Serve on newspaper or a platter.

This super easy candy recipe is delicious. The chocolate's smooth and creamy - kind of tastes like a cross between a Reese's cup and a Snickers bar. This recipe makes a huge batch of candy. It would be great on the dessert table or package in tins as a festive holiday gift.

1 jar(s) unsalted peanuts, 16 oz
1 jar(s) salted peanuts, 16 oz.
1 bag(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips, 12 oz
1 bag(s) milk chocolate chips, 12 oz
2 bag(s) peanut butter chips, 10 oz each
2 pkg white almond bark or vanilla candy coating, 1 lb each

Steps:

  • 1. Layer all ingredients in a large Crock Pot (starting with peanuts).
  • 2. Break apart the bark into chunks and place into the Crock Pot as the last layer.
  • 3. Turn the pot on low, cover with lid, and leave sitting for 1 hour.
  • 4. Then, remove the lid and stir to combine.
  • 5. Replace lid and leave sitting for another 30 minutes keeping an eye to make sure it doesn't burn.
  • 6. Stir again. Then spoon mixture onto wax paper or non-stick aluminum foil.
  • 7. Allow candy to harden for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
