Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Melt the butter in a medium pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, season with salt and pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 6 minutes. Add the cream cheese, Worcestershire, dry mustard, paprika and cayenne, and stir until melted. Add the spinach and crabmeat, and stir until warm and bubbling. Stir in the cheeses and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the dip to a small baking dish and top with the panko. Place the baking dish on a baking sheet and bake until bubbling and golden, about 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with crackers.

- 1. Melt the butter in a pan. 2. Add the garlic and saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds. 3. Add the white wine and spinach and heat until the spinach wilts, about 1-2 minutes. 4. Process the spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, crab, chili sauce, salt and pepper in a food processor until nice and mixed. 5. Mix in the parmigiano reggiano, mozzarella, cheddar cheese and green onion. 6. Place the mixture into a baking dish. 7. Bake in a preheated 350F oven until bubbling and golden brown on top, about 20-30 minutes.
