This is hands-down the easiest dip to make, and I never have leftovers. We have used venison in place of hamburger, as well as half hamburger and half spicy sausage. Everyone enjoys this wonderful dip! -Mary Kidder, Nappanee, Indiana

1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
12 ounces cubed Velveeta
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Tortilla chips

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 8-10 minutes, breaking into crumbles; drain. Transfer to a greased 3- or 4-qt. slow cooker. Stir in Velveeta, soups and seasonings. Cook, covered, on low until heated through, 1-1/2 - 2 hours, stirring halfway through cooking. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

1 lb ground beef (seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic)
1 jar medium chunky pace salsa
1-2 cans rotel tomatoes with green chiles
1 small block velveeta cheese

Steps:

  • Cook and season beef, drain and keep in pan.
  • Pour salsa in a blender and mix until smooth (this is an optional step, skip if you like the chunks)
  • Put salsa, Rotel and Velveeta cheese in the skillet and stir until incorporated, melted and heated through. Serve immediately or place in warm crock pot for any function.

1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
Tortilla chips or crackers

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, 6-8 minutes, breaking up beef; drain. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2- or 3-qt. slow cooker. Stir in the cream cheese, 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, Worcestershire, mustard, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with remaining cheese., Cook dip, covered, on low 1-3/4-2-1/4 hours or until mixture is heated through and cheese is melted. Top with tomatoes and pickles. 1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
¼ cup water
1 (2 pound) loaf processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®), cut into cubes
2 (8 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon diced jalapeno peppers

Steps:

  • Cook and stir hamburger and onion together in a skillet over medium heat until the hamburger is completely browned, 7 to 10 minutes.

My Mom used to make this dip sometimes for her bridge club on Saturday nights. I would love eating the leftovers on Sunday :-) It may not look too appetizing, but trust me, it tastes great!! This dip was created before crock pots and microwaves were popular (just the good ol' stove and oven)

1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 c onion,chopped
8 oz tomato sauce
1/4 c ketchup
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp oregano, dried
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Saute beef until browned. Drain drippings. Add onion and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and stir over low heat until the cheese melts. Keep warm and serve with corn chips or other chips. (remember, it may not look too appetizing, but trust me, it tastes delicious)
