I got given some different flavour powdered coffee creamers in a swap so went searching for recipes, I just love the sound of this one, anything with kahlua & frangelico is good by me!

1 1/4 cups hot water
5 tablespoons french vanilla powdered coffee creamer
3 tablespoons baking cocoa or 3 tablespoons hot chocolate powder
2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
2 tablespoons hazelnut-flavored liqueur
whipped cream (optional)

Steps:

  • COMBINE water, Coffee-mate and cocoa in pitcher; stir until dissolved. Stir in coffee liqueur and hazelnut liqueur. Divide between 2 mugs; top with whipped cream.

3 vanilla beans
9 cups whole milk
2-3/4 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
16 ounces bittersweet chocolate, divided
1/2 cup Nutella
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup hazelnut liqueur
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
Cinnamon sticks, optional

Steps:

  • Split vanilla beans in half lengthwise. With a sharp knife, scrape the beans to remove the seeds. Set seeds aside; discard the beans. , In a large saucepan, heat milk and 3/4 cup cream over medium heat just until mixture comes to a simmer. Chop 15 ounces chocolate. In a large heatproof bowl, combine the chopped chocolate, Nutella, sugars, salt and vanilla seeds. Pour warm milk mixture over chocolate mixture. Let stand for 1 minute., Meanwhile, whip remaining cream and shave remaining chocolate. Whisk chocolate mixture until smooth; stir in liqueur. Serve with whipped cream, shaved chocolate and chopped hazelnuts. Garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.

4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons hazelnut liqueur
4-1/2 cups hot brewed coffee
Sweetened whipped cream, optional

Steps:

  • Place chocolate in a small bowl. In a small saucepan, bring cream just to a boil. Add sugar and cinnamon; cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over chocolate; stir with a whisk until smooth. Stir in liqueur., Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate, covered, until cold.
