2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup cold water
2 tablespoons shortening
1 (15 ounce) can roast beef hash
pepper
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons Bisquick
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Stir 2 cups bisquick, water, and shortening together.
  • Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured board. Knead 5 times.
  • Roll dough into a rectangle, 9x12 inches.
  • Spread hash over dough to within 1/2 inch of edge, sprinkle lightly with pepper.
  • Roll up, beginning with narrow end, cut into 9 (1-inch) slices.
  • Place slices, cut side down, in a greased 9x9 inch pan.
  • Bake 30 minutes.
  • Melt margarine in a pot on the stove-top.
  • Blend in bisquick, salt, and mustard.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly.
  • Remove from heat, stir in milk, heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  • Boil and stir 1 minute Stir in cheese.
  • Heat over low heat until cheese is melted.

1 (15 ounce) can corned beef or 1 (15 ounce) can roast beef hash
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons Bisquick baking mix
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450*.
  • Stir baking mix, water and shortening to a soft dough. Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured, cloth-covered board. Knead 5 times.
  • Roll dough into a rectangle, 12x9". Spread hash over dough to within 1/2 inch of edge; sprinkle with pepper. Roll up, beginning at narrow side; cut into nine 1-inch slices.
  • Place slices cut side down in greased square pan, 9x9x2 inches.

3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2/3 cup water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup pizza sauce

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Grease cookie sheet. Mix Bisquick, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and water until dough forms. Turn dough onto surface dusted with Bisquick; gently roll in Bisquick to coat. Knead 10 times.
  • Roll dough into 18x10-inch rectange. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with cheeses. Tightly roll up dough; pinch edge to seal. Cut roll into eighteen 1-inch slices. Place on cookie sheet.

2 c mashed potatoes, leftover
1/2 c leftover dressing
2 Tbsp diced green bell pepper
1/4 c turkey gravy diluted a little with chicken stock , may need a little more
1 Tbsp diced onion
1 c diced cooked turkey
DOUGH:
2 c bisquick baking mix
1/2 c cold water
2 Tbsp butter
CHEESE SAUCE
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp bisquick baking mix
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
1 c milk
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1. Pinwheels: Combine in skillet the butter, potatoes,onion,and green pepper, and brown. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Set aside.Make dough.
  • 2. Dough: Stir baking mix, water and butter to a soft dough. Gently smooth dough into a ball on bisquick dusted surface. Knead 5 times. Roll dough into a rectangle, 12x9 inches. Spread hash mixture over dough to within 1/2 inch of edge; sprinkle with pepper if desired. Roll up. beginning at wide side; cut into 10 to 12 slices. Place cut side down in a sprayed baking pan. Return to heat and boil and stir for 1 minute. Stir in cheese. Heat over low heat until cheese is melted. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
