Tuna Cheese Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (9") frozen pie shell
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup mayonnaise
12 ounces tuna, drained
1 cup cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove crust from freezer and let thaw 10-15 minutes. Prick bottom and sides to prevent puffing. Bake for 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned, Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk and mayonnaise and toss in drained tuna and cheese. Pour into baked crust.
  • Bake 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool before cutting.
