These crescent rolls make a great lunch or mid-day snack. So versatile, you can swap any deli meat for the ham and use any cheese that you like. Ready in less than 20 minutes.

1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
8 teaspoons honey mustard
8 slices deli ham
8 slices sharp Cheddar cheese, cut in half

Steps:

  • Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line an air fryer basket with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Unroll crescent rolls. Spread each roll with 1 teaspoon honey mustard and add 1 folded deli ham slice and 1 slice Cheddar cheese. Roll crescents up, starting with the widest side, tucking and pinching the ends. Set into the prepared air fryer basket, making sure they don't overlap. You might have to cook them in batches.
  • Air-fry until golden brown, 5 to 6 minutes. Pull basket out and carefully flip crescent rolls. Air-fry until golden brown on the other side, 2 to 4 minutes.

1 (8-ounce) can crescent-roll dough
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 to 2 slices cooked ham, cut into eight 2-inch square pieces
1/4 cup grated Gruyere cheese, plus more for topping
1 large egg, lightly beaten

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
  • Open can of dough and roll out. Cut along the pre-scored lines and separate. Spread 1/4 tablespoon mustard over each piece of dough and top each with 1 piece of ham and 1 1/2 teaspoons grated cheese.
  • Starting with the long end, roll each piece of dough up toward the point to form a crescent and transfer to prepared baking sheet. Brush each crescent with egg and top each with a pinch of grated cheese. Transfer baking sheet to oven and bake until golden, 12 to 14 minutes. Serve.
