GRILLED TURKEY MEXIBURGERS

- Heat grill. In medium bowl, mix ground turkey, parsley, onion salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick. Place patties on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 11 to 13 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning once.
- Place 2 tablespoons cheese on each cooked patty. Place patties on bottom halves of buns. Top each with salsa and top halves of buns.

- GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In medium bowl, combine all burger ingredients except buns; mix well. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
- When ready to grill, place patties on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals; cover grill. Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until burgers are no longer pink in center, turning once.
- To serve, place 1 cheese slice on each burger. Place burgers on bottom halves of buns. Top with salsa, sliced chiles and top halves of buns.
