GREEN MARGARITA
For this bright margarita, use your favorite tequila (we loved it with silver).

Steps:
- Moisten the rim of a margarita glass with a wedge of lime, and then roll the glass at an angle in the salt so that only the outside of the glass is salted.
- Combine the Super Green Juice, tequila and orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain into the prepared glass over ice. Garnish with a slice of lime.
- Juice, in this order, the lemons, apple, romaine, cucumber and greens, following your juicer's specific settings for each. Serve the juice immediately over ice, if desired.
SPICY GREEN MARGARITA
Steps:
- Puree 1 cup baby spinach, 1/2 chopped seedless cucumber, 1/2 serrano pepper (seeded for less heat) and 1/4 cup water in a blender; strain through a fine-mesh sieve. For each margarita, shake 1 1/2 ounces each green juice and silver tequila, 3/4 ounce lime juice and 1/4 ounce agave in a shaker with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass rimmed with chili-lime seasoning. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
GREEN TEA MARGARITA

Steps:
- Rub the lime wedge around the rim of an old-fashioned glass. Dip and rotate the rim in the saucer of sugar, making sure to keep the sugar on the outside. In a blender, combine the chai ice cubes , tequila, lemon juice, orange liqueur, and sugar. Blend on the pulse setting until slushy. Pour into the sugar-rimmed glass.
- For those who prefer their libations over ice, fill a sugar-rimmed old-fashioned glass one-third full of chai ice cubes . Follow the recipe for Green Tea Margarita, using the blender's pulse feature to blend the ingredients until the ice is just coarsely chopped and the mixture is frothy. Strain the mixture through a bar strainer into the prepared glass.
