I had these at Joe's Crabshack and am putting this recipe here until I can try it. They were the bomb; must like spicy though. These are deep fried appetizers.

Steps:
- Mix the butter, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until blended.
- Add seasoned salt, paprika, and chili powder.
- Add cheese, onion, green pepper, and jalapenos.
- Add crab and shrimp; mix.
- Roll into 1/4 inch balls; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Beat eggs and milk.
- Dip the balls into egg mixture; dredge in fine bread crumbs.
- Deep fry until golden in 1 cup hot oil.
GREAT BALLS OF FIRE
I ain't talking Jerry Lee Lewis here. These little appetizers can have quite a kick. The degree of "hotness" depends on the amount of Tabasco and cayenne pepper used. If you're like most of my family, you'll say "bring on the heat!" But be careful, too much can lead to increased beverage consumption.

Steps:
- 1. Thoroughly mix together all ingredients except sausage to form a dough.
- 2. Cut each sausage into three pieces. Shape a small amount of dough around each piece of sausage and roll into a ball.
- 3. Place sausage ball on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until dough is lightly golden.

- First boil the potatoes. Remove the skin, set them aside, and let them cool off for 30 minute Finely chop the onions.
- Place the 2 tablespoons of oil in a medium sized pan. After the oil is hot, place the onions in the pan.
- After 5 min, add the potatoes, salt and red chili. Keep the flame on low. Mix rather strongly for about 5-7 min so that the potatoes and chili taste properly.
- Place your potatoes on your serving dish and sprinkle finely chopped coriander for decoration.

My sister's recipe that she serves with antipasto or tapas style meals. She makes a half recipe usually. Original recipe called for beef, she uses lamb, use whatever you like.

- Balls:.
- Mix ingredients together and form into walnut-sized balls.
- Process together the tomatoes, chilli, onion and garlic. To this mixture, add the bay leaves, cinnamon, vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper.
- Seal the meatballs in hot oil in a frying pan a few at a time, then top with sauce, cover with foil and bake in a 180c for about 1 hour.
