This has been used as a Thanksgiving favorite in my family for years. We haven't figured out yet if it's a fruit salad or a dessert! It is rich and good.

1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix together pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, crushed pineapple, and pecans. Fold in the whipped topping. Refrigerate until chilled.

I honestly have no idea where I got this recipe. I have made it for all family gatherings since I was sbout 13 years old. As a matter of fact, this is what I am taking to our Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow. It was requested.

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together, real good.
  • Chill for at least an hour.
  • (At my house it never gets chilled for an hour, they get into it right away).

This recipe is a big hit with my family. I always use two cans of cherry pie filling because it is my favorite part. Use one for a more fresh and light recipe. I have also seen it done with manderin oranges.

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk, Eagle Brand
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (16 ounce) carton Cool Whip
shredded coconut (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix ingredients together in large bowl.
  • Place into freezer for at least an hour.
  • Remove from freezer and serve or refrigerate.
  • Top with shredded coconut if desired.

1 can(s) ocean spray jellied cranberry sauce
1 box large box raspberry jello
16 oz sour cream
1 c boiling water

Steps:

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve Jello with boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and sour cream, Blend together with electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Pour into gelatin mold or serving bowl and place into refridgerator for apprx. 8 hours or until set. Enjoy!
