I Love Salmon Loaf image

One of my most treasured recipes given to me by my friend Judy in 1965.Serve with my Chopped Egg Sauce

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1lb can(s) salmon drained into a measuring cup
1 8oz pkg seasoned stuffing mix
1 c milk
1/2 c salmon liquid ( add milk if not enough)
4 Tbsp butter, melted
2 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp parsley, minced
1 Tbsp onion, minced
1 Tbsp green pepper, minced

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350
  • 2. Combine salmon with remaining ingredients
  • 3. Place in a greased loaf pan and bake 45 minutes
  • 4. Serve with my Chopped Egg Sauce
