Here's what you need: ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, carrots, celery, diced tomato, vegetable stock, alphabet pasta, cheese

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 carrots, diced
1 celery, diced
1 can diced tomato
½ cup vegetable stock
½ cup alphabet pasta, or any pasta of your choice, cooked
cheese, to taste, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the meatballs.
  • Shape them into small balls and pan sear until the meatballs have a dark brown crust. About 2 minutes on each side.
  • Take out the meatballs and set aside. Use the same pot combine the soup ingredients and stew for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
  • Using a blender, puree the veggies until the soup becomes a sauce.
  • Add in the stock, pasta and meatballs and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

1 can(s) (10.2 oz.) pillsbury grand homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (5 biscuits)
2 can(s) (18 to 19 oz.ea.) any flavor progresso soup

Steps:

  • Separate biscuit dough into 5 biscuits; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press or roll each biscuit into 5-inch rounds. Cut slits on top of 1 side of each biscuit to look like hair.
  • With a small round cookie cutter, or with the end of a wooden spoon, cut holes for mouth and eyes. Remove cutout pieces from holes and use the pieces for nose and ears.
  • Bake biscuits in a preheated 350-degree oven for 13 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, in a 2-quart saucepan, heat the soup of your choice as directed on can. Spoon hot soup into wide shallow bowls. Top each serving with a Goofy-Face biscuit head. Have fun!
