- Place the gin, lemon juice, syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds until cold.
- Strain the drink into a glass and top with the soda water; the egg white foam forms on top. If desired, garnish with a lemon twist. Serve immediately.

- In a small saucepan, over medium heat, add the sugar, water and ginger. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring continuously, until thickened. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
- Pour the gin into a glass filled with ice. Add 1/4 cup of simple syrup and the lime juice. Top with soda water and serve.

- Alternatively, freeze the mixture for several hours until firm and scoop into the glasses and garnish with berries.

- 1. Combine sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil until sugar dissolves. Remove this simple syrup from heat and cool completely. Stir gin, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and orange blossom water together in a large pitcher. Refrigerate until chilled.
- 2. Pour 4 ounces of gin mixture, 1 cup of ice, and a splash of light cream into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until frothy, about 30 seconds. Strain into a highball glass. Top with club soda and garnish with citrus slices.
