1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced
1 ½ teaspoons minced red onion
1 teaspoon minced seeded serrano chile
12 red grapes, halved
½ cup fresh diced peaches
salt to taste
2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

Steps:

  • Gently mash the avocado with the onion and serrano pepper in a bowl. Mix in the grapes and peaches. Season with salt and, if desired, garnish with pomegranate seeds to serve.

1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
2 serrano chiles, seeded, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped onions
2 large avocados, finely chopped
1 mango, finely chopped
2/3 cup quartered seedless red grapes (about 30)
1/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted, divided
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, divided

Steps:

  • Blend dressing, chiles and onions in blender until smooth.
  • Combine avocados and fruit in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; toss to coat. Stir in 2 Tbsp. coconut and 1 Tbsp. cilantro.
  • Top with remaining coconut and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips and round buttery crackers.
