1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz., drained)
1 package instant pistachio pudding (3 oz. )
1 container whipped topping (8 oz., thawed)
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 cup pistachios (chopped for garnish (optional))

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl combine the crushed pineapple and pistachio pudding mix. Fold in the whipped topping and marshmallows.
  • Garnish with crushed pistachios and enjoy!

1 package (3.4 ounces) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 can (16 ounces) fruit cocktail, undrained
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, whipped topping and mayonnaise. Fold in remaining ingredients. Leave in bowl or spoon into individual serving dishes. Serve immediately or chill.

1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

1 (15 -17 ounce) can fruit cocktail
1 (18 -20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
1/2 cup chopped pecans (your choice) or 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (your choice)
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant pistachio pudding mix
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 -9 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping (thawed)
miniature marshmallow (1/4 to 1/2 bag, depending on your tastes)

Steps:

  • Drain the fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges, and crushed pineapple into a bowl.
  • Reserve 1 1/2 cups of the juice.
  • Pour the juice into a bowl and mix in the pistachio pudding. Then add the sour cream and mix until smooth.
  • Add the whipped topping and nuts.
  • Fold in the fruit and mini-marshmallows.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  • Be prepared for MANY compliments!

1 package (1 ounce) sugar-free instant pistachio pudding mix
1 can (15 ounces) unsweetened fruit cocktail, drained
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup reduced-fat whipped topping

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving juice. In a bowl, whisk together reserved juice and pudding mix for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). Stir in the pineapple, fruit cocktail and mandarin oranges. Fold in whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

2 cans (20 ounces each) pineapple chunks
2 cans (11 ounces each) mandarin oranges

2 cups sour cream
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Chopped pecans, optional

Steps:

  • Drain fruit cocktail, pineapple and oranges, reserving 3 cups juice. Set fruit aside; pour juice into a 4-qt. bowl. Add pudding mix and mix until smooth. Stir in sour cream.
