FRESH APPLE COOKIES
This recipe has been in my recipe box for years so I'm not sure where it came from. They're a nice, light cookie that is similar to a snickerdoodle.

FRESH APPLE COOKIES/BARS
I have had this recipe in my file for a number of years, I don't know the origin. My family loves the flavor but the cookies are hard to make and handle so I turned it into bars. The bars are much easier to make and handle. We most often omit the glaze because it can be too sweet; although powdered sugar sprinkled on the cooled bars would dress them up for guests.

GLAZED FRESH APPLE COOKIES
What a fantastic old-fashioned recipe. Moist, tender and packed with different flavors and textures, we adored these cookies. Pecans add a nice crunch. Raisins give the cookie a bit of chew. The perfect balance of spices goes really well with the bites of apple. A sweet, thick glaze on top is the perfect touch. These cookies will...

DELICIOUS FRESH APPLE COOKIES
These are really good cookies, topped off with a glaze. Just make certain to glaze the cookies when still hot. If you do not have any apple juice, then use the same amount of milk instead. The glaze can be doubled if desired. Yield is only estimated, depending on how large the cookies are.
