GRANDMA'S FRENCH TUNA SALAD WRAPS
My French Canadian grandmother always made tuna salad with chopped egg in it. I've made my own version, adding veggies for complete nutrition and turning it into a wrap. It's fun and we get the memory of my grandmother with each bite. -Jennifer Magrey, Sterling, Connecticut

- In a small bowl, combine the tuna, celery, mayonnaise and pepper. Spoon tuna mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, carrot, tomato, onion and egg. Roll up tightly.

FRENCH TUNA AND RICE SALAD
I used to get a tuna and rice salad at a small French bistro and was sad when the restaurant closed. I have been trying to find a similar recipe for years and finally found it from Debra Fioritto Weber. I made a few small changes, such as replacing gherkins with capers and adding tarragon to the vinaigrette.

Steps:
- Combine ingredients for the vinaigrette and whisk or shake well.
- Cook the rice according to package directions.
- Drain well and while still hot mix with some of the vinaigrette.
- Season with salt and pepper and let cool.
- When the rice is cool, add the remaining ingredients and vinaigrette.
- season with salt and pepper to taste.

FRENCH TUNA SALAD

- To make dressing; in small bowl whisk together mayonnaise and mustard - season with season salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, add tuna and break into small pieces with the back of fork. Add avocado, shallot, celery, basil and dressing. Stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve or stuff in tomatoes.
