3/4 cup(s) butter, divided
1 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon(s) smoked ground cumin
6 - chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) course sea salt
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) fresh cracked pepper
2 cup(s) chicken broth
2 cup(s) milk
3/4 cup(s) water
2 teaspoon(s) hot sauce, your choice homemade or store bought.
1 pound(s) angel hair pasta, cooked aldente
4 cup(s) shredded chicken, cooked
1/2 pound(s) smoked bacon, chopped fine
1/2 pound(s) fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup(s) poblano peppers, chopped fine
1/2 cup(s) jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
1/2 cup(s) ancho chili peppers, chopped fine
1 cup(s) red bell pepper, chopped fine
1 cup(s) yellow bell pepper, chopped fine
1/2 cup(s) fresh fennel, chopped fine
1/2 cup(s) fresh parsely, chopped fine
2 cup(s) saltine crackers, crushed

Steps:

  • Begin by melting 1/2 cup of the butter in a large Dutch Oven, add anchovies to butter and stir to melt the anchovies into the butter.
  • Add flour, cayenne pepper, smoked ground cumin, chicken bouillon, course sea salt, fresh cracked pepper, chicken broth, milk, water, hot sauce and cook over low heat till thickened.
  • Add , pasta, chicken, bacon, mushrooms, poblano, jalapeno, and ancho chili peppers, fennel, and parsley and stir to incorporate all. If needed, add more chicken broth to make mixture " wet ".
  • Place large Dutch Oven in the oven and cover securely. NOTE: *** If using Dutch Oven with Charcoal, follow usual cooking methods and keep the temperature at 250 degrees.
  • Bake at 250* for 1 3/4 hours or till done. With 30 minutes of cooking time left, add crushed saltine crackers mixed with 1/2 cup of melted butter to the top of the casserole and cook till golden brown! Enjoy!

This hot dip is perfect for a tailgate party or anytime! Shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce and lots of melted cheese create a wonderful buffalo wing flavor on a chip or with veggie sticks.

2 bone-in chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 stalk celery, finely diced
1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese
¾ cup blue cheese dressing
¾ cup ranch dressing
⅓ cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Place chicken breasts in a large saucepan; cover with water. Boil until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Remove from water, and cool. Pull meat from bones and skin. Shred meat and reserve.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Heat olive oil in large skillet. Stir in celery; cook until soft. Mix in the cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, and ranch dressing. Cook and stir until smooth and creamy. Stir in the shredded chicken and hot sauce. Spoon mixture into an 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven until golden and bubbly, about 30 minutes.

2 cup(s) cottage cheese
2 tablespoon(s) tarragon vinegar
1 tablespoon(s) green onion - diced fine - amounts may vary to your tastes
1 teaspoon(s) parsley - diced fine - amounts may vary to your tastes
2 teaspoon(s) watercress - diced fine
1 teaspoon(s) dill weed - diced fine - amounts may vary to your tastes
1 teaspoon(s) fresh cracked black pepper
1/8 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes - or to taste

Steps:

  • Place cottage cheese, vinegar, red pepper flakes in a blender or food processor and blend till smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir till combined.
  • Cover and chill for 4 hours. ENJOY !!!

Yesterday I threw some ingredients together for a Halloween Party for my Sister. This one is sooo super easy and you can adjust the " heat " to your liking... ( I kept the " heat " down on this one cause there were young grand children at the party... ) I am sure you will LOVE this one too!

Number Of Ingredients 6

16 ounce(s) softened cream cheese
16 ounce(s) sour cream
16 ounce(s) shredded hot pepper cheese ( your choice )
16 ounce(s) shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 small jalapeno pepper diced small ( add more for more " heat " )
1 large cooked deli chicken chooped ( the ones you find in your grocery store rady to eat... )

Steps:

  • Using your food processor, shred the cheeses and jalapeno pepper Add the sour cream to the mixture and blend till combined Add the cooked and chopped chicken
  • Pre heat oven to 300 degrees F. Place mixture in a 9 by 13 baking pan Cover with foil Place in oven and cook for one hour, and if necessary add 10 more minutes to cooking time
  • Serve with your favorite chips and or breads And, as always, feel free to make this your own recipe... :) Enjoy!!!
