A standard egg casserole at our house. Great with left-over ham or turkey. You can also add bacon or veggies if you like.

Steps:
- Add milk to eggs.
- Mix egg mixture, salt and pepper together.
- Spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
- Put bread pieces in bottom of pan.
- Sprinkle ham or sausage over bread and sprinkle cheese over the meat.
- Pour egg mixture over all.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Use pulsing action of blender to process bread into small crumbs. Add eggs, milk, sour cream, mustard, garlic and dry seasonings; blend 1 min. or just until blended.
- Pour into 10-inch round baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Stir in bell peppers, 1 cup cheese and 1/4 cup basil; top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 40 to 45 min. or until top is puffed and lightly browned. Sprinkle with remaining basil.

Steps:
- Grease a 13x9" pan,.
- In a skillet, cook sliced sausage until it starts to brown- about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain sausage if necessary.
- Add chopped onion, cook 2 minutes.
- Add chopped green and red peppers, cook 1 minute.
- Add three cloves finely chopped garlic and cook for about 30 more seconds.
- Spread half of the potatoes onto the bottom of your cake pan, salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread on half of your sausage mixture.
- Spread on 1 cup of cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers.
- In another bowl, mix together to eggs and milk, salt and pepper.
- Pour the eggs onto the layers and let sit in the refridgerator for 8 hours.
- Cook in the oven on 350 for 1 hour and 30-40 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

- Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 1 Tbsp. drippings from skillet. Add onions to drippings in skillet; cook 15 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Layer half each of the pretzel roll slices, onions, bacon and shredded cheese in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; repeat layers.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush bottom and sides of a nonstick 5-by-9-inch loaf pan with oil. Scatter pasta and tomatoes evenly in bottom of pan. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, and 1/4 cup cheese; season with salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture into pan. Bake 10 minutes. Meanwhile, stir together panko, oil, and remaining 1 tablespoon cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle panko mixture over egg mixture. Continue baking until puffed and golden brown on top and set in center, about 30 minutes more (if top is browning too quickly, tent with foil). EGG AND CHEESE BAKE
Steps:
- Generously butter an 9x13 baking dish. Tear onion rolls into chunks and place them in the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, then tear cream cheese into small pieces and place over the top. Cut 1 ½ sticks butter into pats and place over the top. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the top of the dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, bake at 325 degrees, covered, for 45 minutes. The remove foil and continue baking at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Eat. Faint. Repeat.
