4 cups mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
1 chocolate crumb crust (9 inches)
5 Oreo cookies, chopped
1/3 cup chocolate-covered peppermint candies
Chocolate hard-shell ice cream topping

Steps:

  • Spread ice cream into crust. Sprinkle with cookies and candies; drizzle with ice cream topping. Freeze until firm. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.

1-1/2 cups cold 2% milk
1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
2-3/4 cups whipped topping, divided
1 package (4.67 ounces) Andes mint candies, chopped, divided
1 chocolate crumb crust (9 inches)
1/4 teaspoon mint extract
2 drops green food coloring, optional

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix 2 minutes. Stir in 3/4 cup whipped topping. Fold in 3/4 cup of the mint candies. Spoon into crust., Place remaining whipped topping in another bowl. Fold in extract and, if desired, food coloring. Spread over pudding mixture; top with remaining candies. Refrigerate, covered, 4 hours or until set.

2 oreo chocolate cookie pie crust (in your grocer's baking section)
chocolate syrup (I use Hershey's)
1/2 gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream (softened but not runny)
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
girl scout thin mint cookies (optional) or chocolate shavings, for topping if desired (optional)

Steps:

  • Drizzle chocolate syrup on bottom of each crust.
  • Put 1/2 of the ice cream in each crust.
  • Drizzle more chocolate syrup.
  • Spread cool whip on and then drizzle more syrup.
  • Crumble grasshopper cookies, or girl scout thin mint cookes on the top (just a few).
  • Freeze, then serve.

A silky whipped filling spiked with creme de menthe and cacao liqueur tops a yummy chocolate crumb crust in this impressive, but easy, grasshopper pie.

1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
2 Tbsp. green creme de menthe
2 Tbsp. white creme de cacao liqueur
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 chocolate cookie crumb crust (6 oz.)
1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, made into curls

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water and liqueurs. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until slightly thickened. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
  • Spoon into pie crust.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Top with chocolate curls just before serving.

I created this recipe in 1984 and it has been a hit with all 5 of my children,and of course friends as well!!

2 c whipping cream, whipped
2 pkg pudding, pistachio
2 c milk, 2%
1 pkg chocolate cookie crust
1 Tbsp mint extract
CREAMY CHILLED MINTY YUMMY

Steps:

  • 1. Whip 2 cups whipping cream tills peaks form,on high speed.Whip 2 cups of milk into 2 packages instant pistacio pudding mix,let sit to thicken
  • 2. Add 1 tbs of mint extract into pudding mix,gently gold whipped cream into pudding mix,pour into chocolate cookie crust.Sprinkle cocoa powderon top and shaved 70% dark chocolate on top
  • 3. Let sit in freezer overnight,to serve,remove from freezer 1/2 before serving
