This recipe came from the back of a Philadelphia cream cheese box. Recipe for graham cracker pie crust not included it's very simple and easy and delish.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, 8oz package
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs

Steps:

  • Cream the cheese and sugar.
  • Mix in vanilla.
  • Mix eggs last.
  • Mix on med. until batter looks uniform.
  • Pour into a graham cracker pie crust (I use premade).
  • Put into middle rack preheated oven to 350°F.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Let cool then place in fridge until cold.
  • Enjoy.

1 graham cracker pie crust
1 pkg softened cream cheese, 8 oz.
1 tsp vanilla
1 can(s) eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (do not use a generic brand... generic brands are more watery and the cheesecake won't set up correctly)
1/3 c lemon juice
1 can(s) favorite pie filling (cherry, strawberry or blueberry), 1 lb. 5 oz.

Steps:

  • 1. Beat cream cheese in mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  • 2. Add sweetened condensed milk; blend thoroughly.
  • 3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
  • 4. Turn into the pie crust.
  • 5. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours or until firm (can do overnight); do not freeze. Chill pie filling when chilling the cheesecake.
  • 6. Top with chilled pie filling before serving.

1 regular can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c lemon juice (fresh or realemon)
15 oz can your favorite pie filling (cherry, strawberry, blueberry, etc..)

Steps:

  • 1. You can use a regular graham crust pie or spread evenly the graham crust crumbs into 6 medium size muffin tins Beat cream cheese in mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk; blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Turn into the pie crust. Refrigerate 2-3 hours or until firm; do not freeze. Top with chilled pie filling before serving.
