This is a Betty Crocker recipe. Hot fudge pudding cake is so yummy and when made in a crockpot its even easy.

1 c flour
1/2 c sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c milk
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c chopped nuts, optional
3/4 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c cocoa powder
1 1/2 c hot water

Steps:

1. Spray inside of 2- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix flour, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, the baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Stir in milk, oil and vanilla until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread batter evenly in slow cooker.
2. Mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa in small bowl. Stir in hot water until smooth. Pour evenly over batter in slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on high heat setting 2 hours to 2 hours 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
4. Turn off slow cooker. Let cake stand uncovered 30 to 40 minutes to cool slightly before serving. Spoon warm cake into dessert dishes. Spoon sauce over top. Note: This recipe was tested in slow cookers with heating elements in the side and bottom of the cooker, not in cookers that stand only on a heated base. For slow cookers with just a heated base, follow the manufacturer's directions for layering ingredients and choosing a temperature.
5. Serve hot with ice cream.

This is a super quick and easy recipe that is absolutely delicious. If you love chocolate, this is your dream come true.

1 box betty crocker chocolate fudge cake (15.25oz)
1 box jell-o chocolate instant pudding mix (3.9 oz)
4 eggs
2/3 c sour cream
3/4 c canola or vegetable oil
1 jar(s) smucker's hot fudge sauce

Steps:

1. In medium mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream and oil for 2 minutes
2. Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray, then transfer mixture into crockpot
3. Cook on High for 1.5 hours or until done (Check often as I have had several people tell me that cooking times have varied for them quite a bit.)
4. Once done, remove lid from crockpot and spoon out portions of this ooey-gooey delieciousness into bowls.
5. After you've transferred each portion into a bowl, drizzle each portion with Hot Fudge Sauce and serve with a side of ice cream.
