CREAMY MICROWAVE OATMEAL
Trust me you want a large bowl and to stir. It over flowed the first time I made this, lost half my breakfast. I like the oatmeal without the sweeteners and milk.

Steps:
- 1. Combine the water, milk, salt, fruit and bran in a large microwave bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes.
- 2. Stir in oatmeal and cinnamon. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes. Stir at 1 minute intervals. Cover and let sit for 1 minute.
- 3. You can add brown sugar, coconut sugar or pure maple syrup and milk, if desired.
- 4. This recipe can be multiplied to increase servings. Increase the cooking time as necessary.

Steps:
- in a microwave safe bowl mix together the milk, oats and dried fruit.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute.(Make sure you use a container big enough so it sdoesn't boil over) Stir mixture. Continue to microwave until mixture starts to boil (about 1 more minute).
- Remove oatmeal from microwave and stir. Cover and let set for 2 minutes. Remove and stir in sugar and spice.
- Serve warm with additional milk if desired.

- Place half and half cream, water, apple juice, chopped apples, rolled oats, brown sugar and cinnamon in a large microwave-safe bowl stir with a spoon.
- Microwave on high and cook until thickened and bubbly removing one or two times to stir.
- Divide into two bowls.
- Serve hot or warm then topped with milk or light cream and sprinkled with more brown sugar if desired.
