4 large bananas
4 tsp. nonhydrogenated vegan margarine
2 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. lemon juice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375*. Peel banas and cut lengthwise, as if for a banana split. Place bananas cut side up on a non-stick baking pan. Dot each banana with a smattering of margarine. In a cup, mix the honey and lemon juice together and pour evenly over bananas. Bake for 10 minutes, making certain that the bananas don't start to burn. Arrange bananas on a serving plate. Total calories per servign: 223 Carbohydrates: 42 grams Sodium: 123 milligrams Fat: 7 grams Protein: 2 grams Fiber: 4 grams
