1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon kool-aid powdered unsweetened lemonade mix
1 cup very hot water
1 cup light corn syrup
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 cups cold club soda
10 scoops vanilla ice cream

Steps:

  • Dissolve the sugar and the Kool-Aid in the hot water in a pitcher. Add the corn syrup and the vanilla extract. Sir well. Cover and chill syrup until cold. When the syrup is cold, pour 1/4 cup syrup into 1 cup cold club soda, stir gently and add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. (Make sure your cup is large enough because it will fizz and bubble!). Store remaining syrup in the refrigerator.

We had these a lot growing up and we would switch up sodas and ice creams. My Grand kids love these!

2 or 3 scoop(s) blue bunny orange dream (your favorite orange ice cream)
1 can(s) sierra mist soda
- whip cream to top the float

Steps:

  • Fill your glass up with scoops of orange ice cream. Then start pouring slowly the soda over the top and let it combine. Keep adding the white soda until they react to each other. Then add whip cream to the top. Add a straw and a long teaspoon. Enjoy!
  • You can really use any flavor soda with vanilla ice cream.
